Scholarships and Financial Aid

The SANCHEZ DE ORTIGOSA Y MARTIN FUND SCHOLARSHIPS are awarded to deserving students who attend Cardinal Newman High School. The scholarships are awarded to deserving students of Cuban descent who attend Cardinal Newman High School.  The scholarships are awarded to students on the basis of their academic scholarship, involvement in extracurricular activities, leadership potential and community involvement.
 
Financial need will be considered in the dollar amount of the scholarship offered.
 
The deadline for submitting the application is May 1, 2009.

The PETER F. MCCANN SCHOLARSHIPS are awarded to deserving students who attend Cardinal Newman High School. Applicants must complete the application and attach a 50 word essay on "What is your Passion."
 
Financial need will be considered in the dollar amount of the scholarship offered.
 
The deadline for submitting the application is May 1, 2009.

The CHRIS BROOKS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIPS are awarded to deserving students who attend Cardinal Newman High School. Recipients will receive funds to help with book expenses.  Students with a GPA of 3.5 or above are eligible for this scholarship.
 
The deadline for submitting the application is May 1, 2009.

The ANDREW DICEMBRINO SCHOLARSHIPS are awarded to deserving students who attend Cardinal Newman High School. Applicants must have applied for Tuition Assistance thru FACTS to qualify for this scholarship. 
 
Financial need will be considered in the dollar amount of the scholarship offered.
 
We are grateful to Mr. & Mrs. Dicembrino who have provided Cardinal Newman High School with the funds necessary to award these scholarships in memory of their son, Andrew Dicembrino.
