50th Anniversary Meetings

Hello 50th Crusader Committee!!
Can you believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We just days away from our 50th Celebration! The party that is going to ROCK CRUSADER COUNTRY!!
 
First....THANK YOU to all who are working so hard, whether it be with time capsule fun, decorations, scanning, photo boards, centerpieces, proclamations, facebook updates, selling tickets and just getting the news out to your classmates and friends....we so appreciate YOU and all you do for us. This event couldn't happen without YOU!!!

The last meeting for the 50th Celebration is Wednesday, October 19 at 8 a.m. in the S.A.R.A. Center.
 
But, it's not over yet and we still need more help!!! This is the meeting to be at.....we have so much to discuss, assign and pull together. It's time to "kick it up" and make things happen.
We will have a list of jobs that need to be covered throughout the weekend....
Thursday - October 20th - Set up begins at 2:00 p.m.
Friday - October 21st - Set up begins at 2:00 pm
Saturday - October 22nd - Golf Tournament - Set up begins at 7:00 am
Saturday - October 22nd - Kravis Center - Set up/Decorating begins at 2:00 pm
Sunday - October 23rd - Crusader Cafe - Set up begins at 8:00 am
 
There are numerous volunteer opportunities within these days, so if you CAN NOT make the meeting on Friday at 8:00 am in the S.A.R.A. Center but can work any of the above days, PLEASE email me the days and times you can help. 
Also, we need help the next days completing our "photo boards", pulling out Memorabilia, Trophies and other pictures to get ready for this weekend of fun. If you can give any time please email me the days you are available and times and we'll get you signed up...
 
REMEMBER YOU will receive...... Parent Volunteer Hours..........Great Memories, Fun and Lifelong Friends..........Delicious Food (we never go hungry) and of course...........tons of smiles, hugs and more laughter!!!!
 
If you can help us sell our $10,000 Drawing tickets, please let me know and I will get a packet together for you. We need to SELL more tickets!!! Please help!
 
And last but not least, if you have not sent in your R.S.V.P. for the events, please send them to Mary Martens ASAP. The last meeting for these events will be held on Wednesday, October 19 at 8 a.m. in the S.A.R.A. Center.
